What is cursed whenever one is disconnected from the internet. Coined from the recently passed bill that gives Obama the power and authorization to quite literally turn off the internet. I was trying to buy concert tickets the minute they were released, but then my internet went down! By the time I got reconnected, they were sold out! Dammit Obama!
