DCB refers to "Drama Cultivating Bitch".
This term was inspired, when people in their native Miami environment, would observe certain Yuslaidy's and Yusnavy's turn peaceful Coral Gable settings into crazy Hialeah situations. Usually out of boredom, their own toxicity, and/or their misery desperate for the company of others.
