A euphemism for an encounter with a prostitute esp a small town prostitute who advertises on Craig's List. Used to describe sexual favors solicited on Craig's List or elsewhere. I just spent 200 bucks on a Craig's List Massage (wink, wink). Kind of expensive, but boy, did it relieve my muscle tension!
