When someone of color, creed, race or nationality has a real good tendency to be obnoxious, socially unpolished or otherwise upsetting. This is particularly true on weekends while driving about, especially in front of the local Walmart crosswalks.
Usually used in connection with past historical injustices such as slavery, victimization or a caricature / characterization of current hip hop shit noise.
