Also known as the Tom Brady Tuck Rule. Coined by Chris in Syracuse after the Patriots/Ravens game in which Tom Brady asked for and was granted a flag after an almost contact-free play.

Cindy Brady is a reference to the youngest child on the 70's TV show The Brady Bunch.
Bob: So why did you stop watching football?

Steve: Well, ever since the Cindy Brady Rule was adopted the game hasn't been the same. They protect the quarterbacks way too much.
