Usage developed in Ticino, the Italian speaking canton of Switzerland.

Rough, Dirty, Sick, Diseased, Nasty, Ill, Infected, Destroyed, Dangerous, or an otherwise sketchy or difficult situation which requires great skill to avoid injury. A person that appears to have a sexually transmitted diseaes. The genitals when infected by a sexually transmitted disease.
