Chicken Hawkin is used to describe a person who has something that can be shared amongst the others in his/her presence but fails to mention or offer it for consumption.
Sasha knew that Hakiim had just purchased some fresh greenery to smoke, but he never pulled it out to share with the rest of us hoodrats. So, i told him to stop Chicken Hawkin because Arkamedes just told us you got some goods to smoke.
