when someone deeply lacking common sense repeatedly does things they know they'll get caught doing yet insists they wont, often under the infulence of sugar, caffine or boredom.

Willie: (eats somemore sugar straws) whaterver brah, i never get caught
(gets caught and grounded 3 more weeks)
