CQTS=Chuckling Quietly To Self. Most texts do not warrant a response of LOL, being either it wasn't funny or it's not as funny as it seems. CQTS, on the other hand, is a more accurate text, being if a text is funny, the recipeint would merely chuckle, or simply smile. Ashley- How was work babe?

"cqts" means "chuckles quietly to self". It is similar to "lol" but not everyone uses "lol" accordingly because people don't necessarily laugh out loud all the time. So the more accurate saying would be "cqts" in a conversation. "Hey did you see him fall?"
