The butter that comes straight out of the fridge or iced on the table, that is so hard it breaks the surface of the bread, sometimes all the way through the slice. It's hardness is more so than the bread, like carbon or diamond cutting through stone.
"Aww, they brought out the Bread Breaker Butter. I'm-a hafta warm it over my coffee to spread it right..."
