A man/boy who can not do anything correctly. Not a reliable "friend". Someone who is incapable of telling the truth. Who can not keep an erect penis. Who can not understand a restraining order. May or may not have small hands. A complete loser, who has their stuck up their ass. A.K.A. a douche bag.
