I consider a snake with blue eyes to be a kind of sly person. They have quick wits and they always look at you and most of the time you don't see them. Also they have blue eyes. It can be used as a nickname for a guy and a girl.

People with blue eyes (or any exotic color) tend to keep them open very wide. Which can make them seem a little high at times or in some cases, just plain out creepy. This may be a conscious action caused by wanting people to see they're rare eye color. Or just simply them being weird or not noticing.
