When somebody with extremely short hair puts up their hair.
It's not long enough to be called a pony tail... it looks more like a bear stub. "Hey, your hair has grown out quite a bit since last time you cut it."
"Oh.. yeah, I can kind of put it up now.. just into a bear stub though. not a ponytail." |
