Anus Break

1. To take a break from what one is doing and go to the restroom.
2. To achieve a "BM" and revel in it.
3. Particularly refreshing and satisfying bowel movement.

I ate way too much crab meat, I need to go sit on the toilet and take an anus break. Ahhhh.
