Origin of the word: This is a popular word in the Vietnamese League of Legends player community. You can find it regularly in the chat channels of live broadcasts of LOL tournaments such as "LCK Tiếng Việt" (youtube). Derived from the name of a famous LOL gamer with silly, stupid handling situations that make everyone laugh. His name is "Thay Giao Ba" (teacher three (Ba)) or "Ba ga" ("Ba" chicken). People started pairing his name with the names of professional League of Legends gamers to comment on situations where he handled errors, silly and confusing.

Similar to "ngáo (choke)", "gà (chicken)", "ngài (Sir)",... Structure: "Ba (or 3) + name" to ridicule the person for choking or that the person is stupid. The syllable "ba" is pronounced "/ɓa /" and is used flexibly depending on the user's creativity. It can be used to replace the position of the first syllable of the root word. Or it replaces the vowel from the second syllable onwards. Or it replaces some letters like "e" or "i",... if the above two cases don't sound right.

A form of naming people in a group, usually siblings, where the former 3 share similar names and the latter one has a name that completely stands out. A great example would be that one show called Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Don (I think that was correct) from a time that I can't quite remember.
Some Farmer: Here's my boys, Larry, Garry, Barry, and Nail. I thought that it would be useful to use the 3:1 Naming Ratio.
Me: What's that last one's name again?
Some Farmer: Nail.
Me: Why Nail?
Some Farmer: Because he was born with a nail square in his forehead.
Me: How is anyone born with a nail already in their forehead?
Some Farmer: Strange things happen on a farm.

When you call on someone who is wearing a (usually metal) band t-shirt.

The phrase is used to express either anger or agitation towards a particular person wearing a band t-shirt, thinking that they don’t deserve the t-shirt as they don’t listen to that band.
Today I saw a boy with a Metallica t-shirt, so I came up to him and asked him to name 3 songs by Metallica, and guess what? He replied “Isn’t Metallica a clothing brand?”
