Responsibility 2.1C 

Responsibility 2.1C is the Institute for Responsible Online Cell-Phone Communication's concept for Digital Responsibility or 21st century responsibility.

It is the act of being responsible while utilizing current and future digital technologies.

The students learned the concept of "Responsibility 2.1C" in school during an assembly by Institute for Responsible Online Cell-Phone Communication.

2.1Certification 

2.1Certification, or to be 2.1C Certified is an achievement earned via The Institute for Responsible Online and Cell-Phone Communication, certifying that you as an individual understand how to proactively avoid making a life altering mistake with any form of current or future digital technology.

Each of the students at Jon Doe Middle School earned their 2.1Certification, or, were 2.1C Certified by The Institute for Responsible Online and Cell-Phone Communication due to their satisfactory completion of the “I Rock Responsibility 2.1C Concert” & Certification Survey.
