Giving a person or thing a 10/10 rating, and stating the fact that you'd smash it.

"Damn, you see that chick over there!? 10/10 Smash."
"That game trailer was dope, 10/10 smash."
"Those new Osiris high-tops are sick, 10/10 smash."
