A very enthusiastic and sweet person. She’s a loyal friend and it’s oddly easy to open up to her. She’ll open up to you, too and you can share many bonds with her. Although she’s forgetful, she’ll remember the important things (maybe not birthdays without a reminder). She’s definitely an extrovert and loves social settings. Cecilia is a person with a good heart. She tries hard to make everyone feel content and feels "guilty' when she can't. She will get annoyed if you take something to seriously and/or are over dramatic. She likes chill and relaxed people. She feels left out sometimes. She is shy and isolated at times, but when you get to know her, you get to see that she is a loud and happy person. She will always listen and be there when you need someone. She tries hard to understand what your going through. She is a very loyal and intelligent person (even if she doesn't show it at school). Once you meet her you won't be able to forget her. She is patient and she loves to help out. If you meet her, treasure her and she will do the same to you.

There's a 89% chance that if you know someone by this name they're homeless. If so the reason for their homelessness is probably the fact that they spent all of their money on bubble tea. You could probably say anything you want to a Cecilia and as long as you're not friends with them they won't do anything about it because they don't actually have a back bone. However you should never ask Cecilia about her accent though because she will actually complain about it to at least every person she talks to for the rest of the year. Cecilia also swallows liquids at a volume three times louder than the sound breaking.
