What the hell just happened? 

A phrase used to show puzzlement over an occurrence. Oftentimes in the show South Park it is spoken by a character after they have seen a parody of something commonplace in our society. In such instances it often draws attention to how out of the ordinary accepted actions can be.

a phrase used in sports when one is confused about the situation.

What hoppened?

A question you ask your rabbit when they tear around the yard and start thumping the ground as a signal to their rabbit partner.

Said as either "Now see what happend was.." or "what had happen was..". A phrase used when someone is asked something that they do not know the answer, mostly used when their homework is not turned in.
Teacher: Ryan, where is you homework?
Ryan: Now see what happend was...

Said as "What happend was.." or "What had happen was..". A phrase that is said when some one is asked something and they do not know the answer; an excuse followed by the explanation of the situation or by the asker interrupting the person's reply.
Teacher: Ryan, where is your homework?

Commonly used in the black community as a way of telling somebody that something, most likely not good, had happend
