A fuckstain is a ex who should have been left on the bed sheets before he became him. So putrid and so wrong that it gets washed in the machine. But no, it still doesn't come out because he is such a potent arsehole.

Fuckstain

A word that is used to describe a person, usually an ex lover or fuck-buddy, as worthless. One that has little or no value to you.

Can also be used as a way to say that person is/was a waste of time.
