Combination of an estimate and a quote for work done. More definite then an estimate, less firm than a quote. Perhaps best used when all details are not known.
Me to client: "Costs will vary, depending on the final choices. I can send you an estimote based on what we have talked about so far."

Estimatory 

The ability to utilize the skills and talents acquired over time to create an estimate for Restoration or Reconstruction projects. This is a well-honed skillset possed by a Project Director.
