DUFF 

DUFF stands for: designated ugly fat friend. A DUFF is typically hanging around the group of pretty, superficial babes. People who see the DUFF usually wonders why she is being seen with such hot chicks. DUFFs never get ass. DUFFs have never had a boyfriend. And DUFFs spend their friday nights masterbating.

Tammy is such a prep.
DANG, Felicia is looking fine tonight.
Lorena adds that latina spice to the group.
Erica is a hot cheerleader.
and then theres Marissa.

duff 

n. an inert substance used to dilute a narcotic such as cocaine.

The substance must be similar in appearance to the narcotic so as to satisfy the suspicions of the narcotic purchaser. The introduction of 'duff' to a narcotic increases the profit margin for the seller if the selling price of the product is not adjusted for the amount of duff introduced.

Verb; To smoke marijuana. To smoke weed. Term mostly used in Queens, NY. Originated by the Smart Crew. Sometimes, other constantans substitute the first letter of the word such as "buff, muff, fluff, huff, wuff, etc..."

Noun; Marijuana, weed, etc...

Where's Warren? He's duffing in the basement.

But really, those describing words do it an injustice. Every group of friends has a duff. the one who's approachable, a little less popular or pretty, and doesn't quite fit in. But the friends in that group also have more friends, and could be their duff. So in reality, we are all duffs.

A boy in my grade called me a duff before I knew what it meant. I found out two seconds later from a girl next to me, that it meant Dumb, Ugly, Fat friend. But she also said that I'm none of those things, and what he had said was highly redundant. (She started laughing and said really loud,"But he probably doesn't know what duff means either, and that a few of those words perfectly described him!")

Duff is also described in the movie, "The D.U.F.F". I recently watched it -for MATURE audiences only- and it gives plenty examples.
