Someone who has zero authentic remorse for their actions of using people. A person that has deep childhood trauma and usually narcissistic parents. Narcissists lives multiple hidden lives running away from who he/she is. Narcissists mirror people and con them into believing they care for them. They will emotionally, financially, physically abuse their partners into insanity. People like this do not change and are miserable going from person to person.

Someone who starts a charity group to make themselves look humanitarian instead of narcissistic is still a fuckin narcissist deep down.
The guy/girl started giving people turkeys every Thanksgiving since he/she thought of himself/herself as a Shepard's, walking behind the sheep with his/her Cain cane. He/she wasn't going to tell anybody that he/she was a narcissist, looking selfless was more convienient.

A man as hat blames you for the things you do or don't you to cover up the truth that he is hiding.
A man that likes to beat on women put them down. And then tell them that it's their fault.
You spend all of your time stroking his ego but it won't ever be good enough. And in his mind you've never actually have made him feel good about himself so he will constantly make you try to make him feel good about himself while making you less of a person to make him more of person.
Isolate you from your support group at any given chance. Then tells you nobody cares about you.
