Someone you hate beyond reason, another curse word for someone you really hate. Maybe someone who flirts with your bf/gf even when they know you hate it. A slut or whore someone you and your friends all have a mutual hatred for. Also could mean someone who enjoys to actually suck on a hemroid however that is extremely rare or nonexistent.
That hemroid sucker is near John again I'm going to have to show her where her place is, he's my boyfriend!
