A Butthole Surfer is that one guy at the beach who always exaggerates about how big the swells were last weekend, even though they were only 4 feet and still proved a challenge for him.
Dude, Dave was being such a Butthole Surfer. He was bluffing about how there were 25 foot swells, but they were only like, 6 feet man.
