A street gang in the Western Park, a neighborhood in Oak Cliff. They are called Blocc Hoovas because of their sets names, i.e, 23 Hoovas, 45 Hoovas, 46 Hoovas and other numbers. The numbers are the first numbers of their blocks like 4500 Block, Bridle Wood Drive or 2300 Block, Western Oaks Drive.

Bloccing the cheese is from North African origins, it begun as a term used by African males to inflict hatred and anger upon others, it is now used by gangs as a way to initiate war onto another as it is highly offensive and should not be used lightly.

Small crip gang on the west side of IE (coronita) (riverside county ) Known to congregate on Vista avenue (Avenida del vista)and the surrounding areas . They are the only crip gang in this area of riverside co which is dominated by Hispanic gangs and rival black gangs. They claim riverside county (IE) and not the city of corona to differentiate there selves from the neighboring city and most notorious gang in the area CVLS. A westcoast rap label/group consisting of two main rappers; Shampain & That Boy Inokz. they have a unique rap style that has yet to be heard by a wider range of audience. EAST BLOCC BOYz started in late 2005 with they're first single "Da Dumb Song". East Blocc is also a representation of the Tongan rappers with heat interested in rapping on the eastside of San Bruno.
