Well... this is probably a rather odd guy who you can’t exactly figure out. He’s really smart, like really smart. If you have a problem, he’ll not only be able to solve it, but be super nice about it. Also most likely a bookish nerd at the same time.

At the same time as being a little too intelligent to be normal people’s friends, he has a sorta popular side, accented by the fact that this person is either gay or acts like it. Music is also probably his forte.
Popular person: Yeah I can’t tell if Mercer is homosexual or not.

Other person: If so it’s a little hard to tell... he’s a little serious for that stereotype

1. Mercer has a cloudy eye, patches of hair, and the breathe of an ass.

2. Put Mercer to sleep.
Another word for being a beta male, a complete bitch. He will do anything you want him to, and definitely won't get any pussy.
Alpha: 'Mercer, get me a coffee!'
Beta: 'Ok'
Alpha: 'Good bitch'

mercer-effect

Synonyms: Matt Mercer Effect, Matthew Mercer Effect

Matthew Mercer is the Dungeon Master of the popular Dungeons & Dragons show "Critical Role".
The "mercer-effect" is what people call it when fans of the show get into D&D carrying the expectation that their sessions should be at least as good or similar to what they've seen in the show, not keeping in mind that the players seen on Critical Role have years of experience in both D&D and acting.
"I hosted a session with some 1st-timers the other night, they wouldn't stop talking about Critical Role and how we should try to play our game more like that."

"Yeah, that's the mercer-effect all right."

Mercer Middle School

Everyday there's some kind of chicken sandwich. Even the doritos taste like chicken. Its actually pretty good tho. Just strangely the same.
Mercer Middle School is where I learned everything tastes like chicken.
