A syndrome brought on by eating dime store confections.
Symptoms can include fast heart rate and blood pressure drops often referred to as "sugar rush", a waxy build up on the upper teeth and tongue, and a compulsive feeling that an important and toxic ingredient has been left off of the nutritional information label. Many educatiors of young children present with this syndrome during mid February. It is speculated that the cause may be in connection with being exposed to celebratory dime store confections around Valentine's Day.

My kindergarden students brought me so many candy gifts this Valentines Day that now I'm suffering from Palmer Elmer Stover Syndrome.

A elmer is someone who wants to suck a lot of dick and is always thirsty for more. Also they try to do weird shit with girls in their bedroom. They are very dumb and have most likely to date the stupidest girl in the world. A real elmer turns something simple and trys very hard to turn it into something that will never work out or will end shortly. Yet a real elmer can be cute and attractive, they are stupid and super funny. They love to laugh and joke around and make the people around them happy and force them to smile no matger how much they try not to. OVERALL ALL, REAL ELMERS ARE CUTE, FUNNY, DUMB, STUPID, SLUTS AND MOST LIKELY A BITCH!!!!
