well as the decendent's Last Will and Testament, so as to account for all such items in the subject Estate. The subject documentation
may be compiled by the decedent prior to
death or by the Executor/Executrix named in the decedent's Last Will and Testament, or the Administrator/Administratrix appointed by a Probate or Surrogate's Court to settle the Estate.
