The offloading of work to someone else. A person who is Proxydexterous is adept at passing off work to the hands of others. This will often be disguised or explained as delegation but is more likely to be exploitation of seniority or some other point of leverage

"The boss just dumped another pile of his work on my desk for me to do..."

"Yes, he does that to me too, he certainly puts his proxydexterous talent to frequent use"

Characterized by the ability to competently manipulate objects or perform tasks with more than two hands.

That monster with three hands is incredibly polydexterous!
