The perfect day where you consume McDonald's food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Is typically followed by the worst day where you purge solid cardboard in your defecate. The McTrifecta has been known to be addictive and will result in diabetes 100% of the time.

After being dumped by my girlfriend I have decided to commit suicide through a strict regime of McTrifectas.
