shotty paper

When the cellophane wrapper from a blunt is placed on the end of the cigar as an extension during the process of giving a shotgun it helps direct the smoke to the mouth or nose of the recipient and cuts the loss of smoke creating a more efficient smoking experience.
"Hey, don't throw away the shotty paper. We'll use that when we give shotguns."
