tapentadol

Tapentadol is an opiate pain medication.

Tapentadol is a prescription medicine that is used to treat moderate to severe pain.

Common side effects include;
-Gastrointestinal symptoms. Specifically constipation, nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain.
-Drowsiness/Tiredness, Dizziness
First time usage may cause a Headache.

Tapentadol depresses the nervous system to an extent. Meaning that mixing with any other depressant is very dangerous.
Such as;
-Alcohol
-Other opioids/narcotics
-Allergy Medications (Like Benadryl)
etc.

Tapentadol is a "Schedule II(2) Substance" this means, according to the U.S. DEA and FDA, it has a High Potential for Abuse and/or Misuse, which can lead to dependence and addiction.

Tapentadol is different than Tramadol, but is notably similar. Tapentadol is roughly 2x stronger than Tramadol.
For a more "street" calculation, 3mg (TAP) Tapentadol = 1mg(M) Morphine Oral. Tramadol, on the other hand, is 5mg(TRM) to 1mg(M).

The street price for Tapentadol IR per milligram is an estimated $0.18. So a rough equivalent for 1mg Morphine is $0.54. However; this is an illicit form, illegal and more dangerous. But as a Pharm student, I obviously advise against it.

Without going too far into details or semantics, Tapentadol is a very effective medication for pain, but, it should only be used under advisement and watch under a licensed medical professional. Any further questions or more info, talk to a certified pharmacologist or medical professional.

It is said of the situation where a person has the bad luck to make contact with his testicles against an undefined surface or object, intentioned or not.
Given the nature of the word, it is more appropriate to design cases where the interaction is made with a moving object, for example, a ball.
Although it is extremely painful for the victim, it tends to be considerably funny to people who witness it.

Nerd neck

A "human" that spends so much time playing video games that their posture is level nerd neck. Everytime anyone goes tryhard they hunch down and their neck gets longer there fore a nerd neck is always hunched down cause they're always going try hard. In other words a nerd neck is a try hard, since their neck is 100% longer than the average human being due to playing too many video games and taking them serious, nerd necks are not even considered human anymore but something more sad. Nerd necks are often found on fortnite, their natural habitat usually being tilted towers.
