This is the abbreviated form of the word "usual", which no-one has ever been able to properly spell...including previous attempts on here!
Rhyme it with the French word for red: "rouge".

Can be said by the person telling the story or someone else can add it on after the finish talking.

Taylor said, "Jase passed out...youge"

Or

Shaw said, "Where's Jase, he owes us a round."

Taylor replies, "it's just the youge."
