A ghibiline is someone who butts into a situation in which they have no business, or someone that hangs out in a place where they are not wanted, snooping around, usually in order to obtain information; either for their own satisfaction or to report it back to a third party or authority figure.
Me: "I cant believe Dave actually showed up here again, he was asking me all kinds of questions about where you live now, what your phone number is, and if you have a new boyfriend."
