Koufaxing 

When a jew avoids an important obligation on Saturday because it is the sabbath. He or she is "Pulling a Koufax".

-Making reference to the great Jewish baseball pitcher Sandy Koufax who had to miss a world series game because it was a high holy day, and put his team in jeopardy of losing.
David: I can not play golf this saturday.

Larry: Why can't you play golf on saturday?

David: Its the sabbath, the most important day of the week for us jews.

Larry: So you are Koufaxing me?

David: I have to respect the sabbath!

Larry: Koufaxer...

When a very good or best player on a team doesn't participate in a game due to restrictions put on him by Judaism.

first heard on Season 8 Episode 3 "Palestinian Chicken" Curb Your Enthusiasm.

church hurt 

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
