1. When a thought or idea is lost or forgotten while entering the mind of a human being by a sudden change in the environment. (Most commonly occurring to stoners.)

2. An act to purposely prevent a human being to continue his thought process.

When you are trying to explain one of your deep thoughts to your friend and your friend switches subjects to talk about a completely random and pointless topic.

Joe: "Have you ever wondered if your future is set in stone, or if you actually have control of your destiny?"

Steven: "Hey look, Nyan Cat!"

Joe: "Looks like my deep philosophical musings have been Thought Blocked once again."

Black Thought is the lead rapper of the hip hop band The Roots. In my opinion Black Thought is also the best rapper ever. The reason I think that is because Black Thought has NEVER, and I mean NEVER, disappointed me! I have all of their albums also so I've heard pretty much all of his stuff.

Black Hole Thought 

A Negative thought that can feel like it’s consuming your mind. Putting your head into a black hole where all thoughts go to make you feel worse.
