Gydingur(in)

A man (woman) of a hateful nature. Literally means Jew in Icelandic, can sometimes be spelt "Gyðingur" using the Icelandic letter "Ð" pronounced "th". In most of Europe Jews were disliked, and their names used to belittle people, such as, from Macbeth "nose of a blasphemig Jew".
