A kallef is a freakishly white abnormality, who will disappear and reappear out of your life. He has a wide general knowledge about the most random stuff ever and it is speculated he was read wikipedia as bedtime stories as a child until he knew them off by heart. He is constantly horny and has a penchant for Scandinavian girls and leggings. He swears constantly and has contributed greatly to the Maltese language in coining new unheard of phrases.
