When an annoying and/or inconsiderate person, often referred to as a "dick," known to harass, heckle, or otherwise vex those around him/her is harassed, heckled or, otherwise vexed by a second annoying and/or inconsiderate person.
Tony: You know that dick that always takes up two spaces when he parks? Some other dick just smashed one of his windows in!
