Scumbagin' it

When a person wakes up, without showering, puts on sweatpants and a sweatshirt and continues on throughout the day. Usually done after a late night out.

person 1: "Man, you look like shit"

Person 2: "Yeah, I'm still hungover so I'm scumbagin' it"
