A symptom of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) where one uses the popular acronym, "lol" repeatedly at the end of every sentence, no matter what the circumstances are of the conversation.

When one has lolocd, their friends are mostly okay with the fact that they use "lol" after every sentence, though new people are often not.
Example 1: (over instant messaging)

Billy: Hey John, I've got some bad news. My grandmother died. She was with us for so long.

John: Oh man, I'm so sorry John I hope you feel better. My thoughts go out to you and your family. It's so sad that she died. lol

Example 2: (over instant messaging)

Courtney: OMFG Amanda!!!! I just got expelled wtf? I love that school and just because of my grades I can't go there anymore?!?!?!

Amanda: lol
