Pronounced "el-oh-elz dough" (less commonly "lawls dough").
An expression used when attempting to make light of a typically non-humorous situation by claiming there was some humor in it. A mutation of internet shorthand, taking "lol" and "though" loosely translates to "that was funny though."

Doctor: Congratulations, here's your newborn baby boy.

Jared: ...He kinda looks like the mailman.
