That girl at a club, party or concert who could also be mistaken for sporting a halloween costume that looks like a piece of candy. Candy bitches are generally known to try way to hard to get everyone's attention, specifically from douchebags who go by Chad.

That girl sporting the furry pink boots, striped lime green top and wearing that Miley Cyrus mask with her tongue out talking to Chad earlier was a real candy bitch.

1. An annoying person who accompanys a bitch, a bitches wing mate, may be female or homosexual.
2. Any annoying oponent in a shooter, or other violent video game.

Joy is huge bitch, but it doesn't help that she has that bitch candy following her all the time to back her up.
Watch out for the watch guard on the fifth level, hes a real bitch candy.
