Combining the words "Dude", and "Eww", when someone says something disgusting to you. Instead of saying "Eww dude" or "OMG yuckkk" etc...

Internet slang.

Gary: Dewwwd, that's disgusting!

Joel: And you know his bulldog, Koko?

Gary: Please don't te....

Joel: Nah relax, I just fed it.
