Pronounced "Oofa," this is a word spoken one hour before the end of a union shift. It originated from the phrase, "One fxcking hour left," but was changed to "One focused hour" for political correctness.

"Ofha," cried the time keeper, so the floor workers cheered in anticipation of going home.
