A phrase used to describe something that is very sticky. Can often have to do with marshmallows or the resin that remains in a bowl after smoking marijuana.

The Friday after 4/20 is national xanax day or more commonly known as Full Stick Friday. This is where you take a full stick, minimum of 2 MG of xanax.
-"Yo how high did you get on 420?"
