frankemployment 

Noun. the condition whereby a living wage job is substituted by the horrific, monstrous, cobbling together of several "semi-living" jobs, into one "living dead"-wage job. see also: living-dead-wage.

Meadow is freaking out, because she can't afford to live on her barista job, so she pick up other odd jobs and survives on frankemployment.
