1) someone who hates politics on the basis of being fucked too many times by politicians.

2) someone who wants compensation from one's peers for something done to one's ancestors by one's peer's ancestors

Bill was a republican for a while. He became a democrat when that didn't work out. Now he's a vindacrat looking for compensation.
