A noobish citizen that lives in the town of Behuvia, in the center of Nube Square.

"Mr. and Mrs. Nabuvia are Behuvians and live in the heart of Nube Square, located right on the outskirts of Behuvia."

Bahuvian Luck 

Any situation in which apparently random factorss combine to form a situation which seems to have been designed for irony.

If a man wins $10 million in a slot machine, it's luck.
If a man loses everything, then wins $10 million with his last quarter, it's a miracle.
If a man loses everything, is pulled kicking and screaming away from the machine, only to watch someone come up to the same machine and win $10 million on his first quarter, that second man has exhibited Bahuvian Luck.
